Lets dive into the foundations of the voice within somatic expression and clearing through a psychic somatic lens.

How the entire body is a voice. And an instrument which mirrors the shamanic tree of life - the lower, middle, and upper realms. These literal and metaphorical body-led dimensions of expression can open us into deep memory. When we open at the base we invite radical truth. When we open through the core we offer the relational essence of our experience into the world - these are where ancestral songs & grieving rites come from. And when we open through the crown we purify everything into clarity & direction.

In Psychic Somatics, the voice is not simply a tool, it is an instrument that reflects and reorganises the entire nervous system. Your voice & your breath reflect who you are & what you are holding. What parts of yourself you disown or deny. And how integrated your gifts and power are into the body. Each realm corresponds to a different layer of identity, emotion, and psychic perception.

It is the primary tool we have used since the beginning of time to sing ourselves back into wholeness & restore balance in communities & earths field.

Do not underestimate the power of these processes & what they can offer you. And we encourage you to do this again! To hold yourself through this process so you can start to feel and access the map to your own medicine - in your body.

1. Lower Realm : Instinct / Animal Voice

This realm anchors the voice into the body, lineage, and primal instinct.

It lives in the pelvis, diaphragm, legs, and deep breath.

It holds:

– survival

– suppressed anger and grief

– sexual shame

– swallowed truth and ancestral secrets

– suppressed instinct & boundaries

When you release through this dimension it will sound primal.

Growls, roars, moans, guttural sighs, keening, humming, trembling, deep tones.

2. Middle Realm : Relational / Emotional (the Ancestor)

This is the human voice where your primal depth of truth move into a more harmonic expression of your emotions. It speaks of your identity and connection to your power.

It lives in the lungs, heart, throat, tongue, jaw & solar plexus.

Holding:

– shame

– fear of rejection

– people-pleasing

– unmet needs

– relational wounds

When you release through this dimension it will sound powerful.

Strong, projected qualities of emotionality, war cries, grief songs, emotional & powerful exploration of unveiling.

3. Upper Realm : Visionary / Intuitive (Angel)

This realm alchemises all others. It is the feeling of release into higher truths. It is the feeling of angelic, soft, cosmic knowing. Intuition & clarity opens through this vocal transmission.

It resonates through the upper throat, skull, subtle channels, soft palette and high tonality.

Offering you the restoration of your vision.
