The number one pattern I have seen in my clients over all these years is this: I can’t.

It is a story with hooks and roots, sticky webs and mucous plugs of shame, scarcity lids and ancestral ceilings. There is a mythic body to it.

Self-development culture has cushioned the initiatory process into a box. It is full of false comforts and obsessive compulsive tendencies which come from deeper roots of fear and armouring. But metamorphosis has always required risk.

Learning how to stay present in that discomfort is a freedom code. Not through force. Not through bulldozing ourselves. But through courage.

Too many incredibly gifted humans are conditioned by distraction to avoid their potential. To deny their dreams. To devalue their gifts.
